How to Cancel an Order

You can cancel an order by way of the following easy steps:

Go to our Orders Page

Select the product which you wish to cancel

Cancel that item,

Your refund will be initiated by us within 7 business days of receiving the refund request and authorization of the refund.

Mode of Refund

Your refund is credited to the account, used for order payment, between 3-14 days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit is dependent on

multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways.

For both cancelled orders & returned products (due to incorrect test booking, wrong choice of appointment time, etc.), the refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase. In case of Cash On Collection/Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be done through the user account.

With reference to clause 8 (REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY ) of the Terms of Use:

1.The Test/ Test Package Booking is valid for only the time-slot and date as chosen and subsequently generated in the invoice.

The Customer shall not be entitled to claim for Services and the company on any other time- slot and date other than that which is mentioned on the generated invoice.

The Company shall have the right to forfeit the fees already paid in such a case.

2.Cancellation shall be acceptable only if the Customer informs the Company within 72 hours from the time of booking, in case of Doctor Appointment Bookings.

There will be a 5% cancellation charge that will be applicable on the total amount of invoice.

The Customer can contact us through in case of any discrepancy or confusion in cancellation and refund.

3.The refund amount will be sent to the respective debit card/credit card/account from where payment was made and amount will not be refundable by any other mode.
